CYCHI Hamilton Island Regatta

Join CYCHI sailors and supporters for our annual Hamilton Island Regatta—a weekend of racing, camaraderie and post-race celebrations in the Whitsundays.

Entry Fees

• $50 per boat for one day
• $75 per boat for both days

Presentations & Prizes

Presentations will be held after racing on both days.

• First, second and third place prizes each day
• Overall trophies for first and second place

Racing Schedule

Saturday — Long Race

• Briefing: Time TBC, Hesperus Lawn
• Start: TBC

Sunday — Short Race

• Briefing: Time TBC, Hesperus Lawn
•  Start: TBC

Registration

• Entries close at 4:00 pm on Friday 14 May.
• Payment will be accepted at Saturday’s briefing.

Discounted Berthing

Discounted marina berthing will be available to vessels travelling to Hamilton Island to take part in the regatta.

When booking, advise marina staff that you are participating in the CYCHI Hamilton Island Regatta and confirm how many nights you would like to stay.

Insurance & POB Form

For insurance purposes, the club’s POB form must be submitted before the start of racing each day.

Membership

All participants must be either a Full Sailing Member of a club affiliated with Australian Sailing or a temporary member through a Sail Pass.

Food and drinks will be available to purchase from venues across the island throughout the regatta weekend, including:
